Seam connects to Amplitude using an API Key and Secret Key.

Step 1: Obtain your API credentials

In your Amplitude portal, navigate to Settings → Projects → General to find your API Key and Secret Key. View Amplitude’s instructions.

Step 2: Configure the connection in Seam

  1. In Seam, go to Settings → Connections.
  2. Find Amplitude in the connections list and click Connect.
  3. Enter your Amplitude API Key and Secret Key.
  4. Click Save.

What Gets Synced

From Amplitude (Source):
  • User events, behavioral cohorts, session data, conversion funnels
  • Account-level usage metrics aggregated across the buying committee
To Amplitude (Destination):
  • Events from Seam (fit score changes, intent signals, play enrollment)
  • User properties for enrichment
